Cristiano Ronaldo's 2 Goals Lead Portugal To Beat Hungary

JAKARTA - Two goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and one from Raphael Guerreiro in the space of eight minutes in the final moments of the match ensured Portugal's 3-0 win over hosts Hungary at the Puskas Arena, Budapest.

Raphael Guerreiro broke the deadlock in the 84th minute which Ronaldo doubled from a penalty kick in the 87th minute. Ronaldo scored his second goal three minutes from the end of the game in the 90+2 minute.

Diogo Jota was a constant threat for Portugal in the Hungarian penalty area and this player did that from the start, including in the ninth minute when his shot missed the target.

A duet with Ronaldo, Jota continued to break through the Hungarian penalty box. They both tried to open up their opponent's defenses.

In the 19th minute, he was already in a good position when he received Pepe's long ball from the Portuguese playing area, but goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi brilliantly blocked his shot even though the referee had declared Ronaldo's movement offside.
