The Administration Process For The Transfer Of Federation Status Is Complete, Ezra Walian Can Strengthen The Red And White Team

JAKARTA - PSSI ensured that Ezra Walian could return to defend the Indonesian national team. The administrative process for changing the status of Persib Bandung players was declared complete.

Secretary General (Secretary General), Yunus Nusi is grateful that the administrative process of Ezra Walian was finally completed properly and FIFA responded quickly.

As is known, the filing of the administrative process and the change of Ezra's association does take time and is not easy. Although Ezra has been naturalized since 2017, he still has administrative problems and problems.

Moreover, he has played with the Dutch national team in the U-15, U-16, and U-17 age groups.

"It's true, the PSSI Ketum's directive so that the process of transferring the status of Ezra Walian is a priority and we are grateful that today we received a letter from FIFA regarding the decision from the Player Status Committee regarding the status of these players," said Yunus Nusi, quoted from PSSI's official website, Monday, June 14.

"The decision states that PSSI's request for a change of association on behalf of player Ezra Walian is accepted, and Ezra Walian has the right to have the opportunity to defend the Indonesian national team squad in any tournament," added Yunus Nusi.

With the completion of the administrative process for the transfer of Ezra Walian's status, PSSI would like to thank and appreciate FIFA and those who have helped in this regard.

"Regarding the naturalization process for other players, we are still waiting for a recommendation and a road map from coach Shin Tae-yong. Currently he and the Indonesian national team players are still undergoing quarantine according to their arrival from Dubai, UAE on Saturday," concluded Yunus Nusi.
