Former Manchester United Participates In Commenting On The Polemic Of Mohamed Salah: Destroying Heritage, Not Respecting Liverpool

JAKARTA - Former Manchester United star Wayne Rooney has accused Mohamed Salah of disrespecting Liverpool and tarnishing his legacy after his omel questioned his future.

Salah insisted that he had been "victimized" by Liverpool and claimed he had no relationship with Manager Arne Slot, after he became a substitute who was not played in a 3-3 draw against Leeds United last weekend.

The Egyptian has been backed up for three games in a row amid Liverpool's poor form.

"Why do you say that? Salah has performed outstanding for Liverpool. As a player, he is quiet, he is alone."

"Last year he was vocal about not being offered a new contract. He deserves the money he received. However, then you can't turn things around and say what he said."

"It does not respect his teammates, managers, and supporters. Time continues to chase us all. This season he is not yet at his best, he is not yet at his best."

"If I were one of his teammates, I would absolutely not be happy with what he said. This is when they need him the most. In fact, he has brought down Liverpool with his words," Rooney told the BBC.

Rooney then advised Salah that the forward should speak to the manager, provide a solution, and try to fix it or leave the club. It must be done immediately.

"He really destroyed his legacy. The legacy he could have was enormous. The legends he had played for Liverpool, he was up there."

"It would be a shame if he squandered everything. He had done everything wrong. Sing your sleeves," Rooney said.

Salah will go to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations where he will play for Egypt on December 15, 2025. He could be out for a month depending on his country's journey.

Rooney felt uncomfortable with the situation because Salah seemed to leave the polemic at Liverpool and then went to Egypt to appear in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

Therefore, the former Manchester United emphasized that Liverpool should have thrown Salah away.

"He will receive protection starting next week for going with Egypt. Time, he did it for a reason. It was planned previously to drop a surprise and then go with Egypt."

"I think it would be a good thing for Liverpool to get rid of it," Rooney said.
