2025/2026 Super League Results: Postponed, Persija Comeback 3-1 Against Persik To Extend Positive Trend

JAKARTA - Persija Jakarta managed to complete a mission to extend the positive trend in the 13th week of the Super League 2025/2026. Even though the match was postponed, the Kemayoran Tigers turned 3-1 at the end of the match.

Persija Jakarta hosted Persik Kediri at the Manahan Stadium, Solo, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, WIB night. Appearing as the host, the Kemayoran Tigers were left behind first.

Persik Kediri was able to open the scoring first at the end of the first half. A goal from Ezra Walian in the 42nd minute brought the White Tiger squad temporarily ahead until halftime.

However, ahead of the match continued, the match had to be temporarily suspended due to heavy rains that flushed the Manahan Stadium, Solo. The inundated field disturbed the flow of the ball until the referee decided to postpone the match for 2 x 30 minutes.

It didn't take long, Persija managed to turn the position 2-1 when the game was running 71 minutes. The advantage was created through Maxwell's header after continuing Bruno Tubarao's pass.

In the 78th minute, Persija managed to increase the advantage to 3-1 through Witan Sulaeman's action which successfully checked the opposing goalkeeper and then threw the ball into Persik's goal. This goal started with Witan who got Maxwell's mature pass.

In the 82nd minute, Persija again threatened the opponent's goal with Thales' shot from outside the penalty box. However, his shot was still too weak so he was easily caught by the Persik goalkeeper.

There were a number of opportunities that occurred, but until the game ended no additional goals were created. Persija finally won 3-1 over Persik who also succeeded in continuing the unbeaten trend.

This result makes Persija have won five times in luck which makes them continue to stick to Borneo FC at the top of the Super League standings. The Kemayoran Tigers are now packing 26 points, four points behind Pesut Etam.
