JAKARTA - Real Madrid won a convincing 3-1 victory over Villarreal in the LaLiga match at the Santiago Bernabeu, Sunday, October 5 in the morning WIB.

Vinicius Junior's two goals and Kylian Mbappe's one goal confirmed three points for Los Blancos, while Villarreal scored one goal by Georges Mikautadze.

This victory led Madrid back to the top of the standings with 21 points from eight matches.

Villarreal is stuck in third place with 16 points, according to the Spanish League page.

The first half took place but Madrid dominated the game.

Los Blancos created a number of chances, including Arda Guler's shot that bounced in the 7th minute and Aurelien Tchouameni's header went wide.

Villarreal narrowed the gap from Mikautadze's goal in the 73rd minute after using Pape Gueye's pass.

However, the visitors' hopes were dashed after Santiago Mourino was sent off by the referee in the 77th minute due to a second yellow card.

Madrid took advantage of the excess number of players, and in the 81st minute, Mbappe locked the win through a close-range goal with good cooperation with Brahim Diaz.
