PSIM Yogyakarta Announces 2 Players Called By The U-23 Indonesian National Team

JAKARTA - PSIM Yogyakarta announced good news regarding the summons of their two players to the U-23 Indonesian national team ahead of the 2025 SEA Games. The two players who will be involved in the training camp (TC) are Cahya Supriadi and Raka Cahyana.

This good news was announced by PSIM Yogyakarta through their latest upload on Instagram on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Cahya and Raka will take part in the U-23 Indonesian National Team TC for preparations for the 2025 SEA Games on October 2-14, 2025.

"Two Mataram Laskar players, Raka Cahyana and Cahya Supriadi, officially received a call to attend the training camp with the U-23 Indonesian national team," said PSIM's statement on Instagram quoted Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

Raka and Cahya will take part in the TC led by coach Indra Sjafri. The 62-year-old coach was officially appointed by PSSI on Monday, September 29, 2025, to lead Garuda Muda at the 2025 SEA Games.

The selection of Raka and Cahya to be included in the Garuda Muda squad does not appear to be without reason. So far, both names have become players that coach Jan-Paul van Gastel relies on.

Cahya Supriadi, who plays the goalkeeper, even has a slick record because he has always been played since the first match of PSIM, which has the status of the 2025/2026 Super League promotion team.

Of the six matches that have been rolling this season, Cahya has always performed and made two clean-sheets when he won over Persebaya Surabaya and drew 0-0 against PSM Makassar.

While Raka played in seven games and appeared for 610 minutes. The player who took the right-back position has scored one goal and packed one assist.
