JAKARTA Nine-time world champion Marc Marquez has arrived in Jakarta to welcome the 2025 MotoGP race at the Mandalika Circuit which will take place this weekend.
The race in Mandalika, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), is scheduled to take place on 3-5 October 2025. This is the 18th series in this season's racing calendar.
Marquez came to Jakarta via Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng. Arriving in Indonesia, he immediately uploaded a video on Instagram social media to greet his fans.
"Hello Indonesia, I have arrived in Jakarta. See you tomorrow, yes," said Marquez, who has confirmed his title this year in last weekend's race in Motegi, Japan.

Marquez first stopped in Jakarta to participate in a number of promotional agendas with Ducati and meet and great with fans on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
