2025/2026 Super League Results: Persebaya Wins At Home, North Maluku United Crushes Madura United 4-1

JAKARTA - The sixth week of the 2025/2026 Super League has been completed. Persebaya Surabaya and Malut United unanimously won at home to their respective opponents.

This week, Bajul Ijo hosted Semen Padang at the Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Friday, September 19, 2025, WIB night. Persebaya's host status won 1-0.

Persebaya had to wait until the second half to break the deadlock. Bruno Moreira became Persebaya's hero of victory through his goal in the 78th minute.

Thanks to this victory, Persebaya bagged three points to then move up to third in the Super League standings with nine points from five matches. Meanwhile, Semen Padang is in 15th place with four points.

In another match which was held simultaneously, North Maluku United recorded a big win over Madura United. The final score was scored 4-1 thanks to Ciro Alves' hat trick and one goal from Yakob Sayuri.

Malut United opened the scoring in the 11th minute through Ciro Alves. He broke into Madura United's goal with a first-time shot after receiving a pass from David da Silva.

Madura United equalized the score in the 35th minute. Jordy Werhmann listed his name on the scoreboard to change the score to 1-1. The score lasted until the break.

Entering the second half, the master took the lead again in the 53rd minute through a goal from Yakob Sayuri.

In a position behind, Madura United actually received disaster. Three minutes after the hosts' second goal, Laskar Sape Kelap had to play with 10 people following a red card for Balotelli.

Winning the number of players, North Maluku United managed to take advantage of it. They added goals in the 63rd minute.

Ciro Alves once again listed his name on the scoreboard after completing an assist from Yakob Sayuri.

Ciro then completed with a hat-trick in the 81st minute. The goal also locked the 4-1 win for North Maluku United.

Getting an additional three points, North Maluku United are now collecting eight points from six matches and taking fifth place in the Super League standings. While Madura United is ranked 13th with five points.
