Evicted From JIS And SUGBK, Persija Returned To Headquartered At Patriot Stadium

Persija cannot use the Jakarta International Stadium in the next few weeks (VOI/Karisa Aurelia Tukan).

JAKARTA - Persija Jakarta must be dismissed from their headquarters at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) while continuing the eighth week of the 2025/2026 Super League. As a final option, the Kemayoran Tigers will be temporarily based at Patriot Chandrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi.

Previously, it was known that JIS was not the location of the eighth week of the match because it was used for the K-Pop concert agenda. As an alternative, Gelora Bung Karno's Main Stadium (SUGBK) was an option.

However, this also failed because it would be used to prepare for the TNI's 80th Anniversary on October 5, 2025.

Even after the K-Pop agenda, Persija still cannot return to JIS because after holding the music celebration, there will be maintenance, especially repairing the field and grass which can take quite a long time.

Therefore, Patriot Stadium in Bekasi is the last option for Persija's home. Mauricio Souza's team is planned to be based at Patriot Stadium when they serve Bhayangkara FC in the eighth week of the 2025/2026 Super League on October 4, 2025.

Before going to Patriot Stadium, Persija will first undergo a series of aways. The Kemayoran Tigers are scheduled to challenge the host PSM Makassar at the Gelora BJ Habibie Stadium, Parepare, on September 21, 2025.

A week later, Persija will face host Borneo FC Samarinda at the Segiri Stadium, Samarinda.

Since the last two seasons, the field and JIS grass have often drawn criticism. You see, his condition is quite bad, making it difficult for Persija to implement their best game.

Regarding the JIS opportunity to become the ideal home for the Kemayoran Tigers, the chairman of the Persija match organizing committee, Ferry Indrasjarief or who is usually called Bung Ferry, hopes that the club can return to headquarters when they host PSIM Yogyakarta on November 28, 2025 or simultaneously with the 79th anniversary of Persija.
