JAKARTA MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) Tangerang Series I 2025-2026 gave birth to a new champion. SDN Pakulonan 02 won the title in the age group (KU) 12 years and SDN Pondok Kacang Timur 04 won at KU-10.

The MLSC Tangerang Series I 2025-2026 lasted for six days on September 2-7, 2025 at Trimatra Field, the TNI Kodiklat and the Cisauk Mini Stadium, Tangerang, Banten.

In the top match, SDN Pakulonan 02 successfully won after playing a penalty shootout against British School Jakarta. Both teams closed the match with a score of glasses so they had to compete with 12 fits.

This result also ended the long wait of SDN Pakulonan 02 which failed in the MilkLife Soccer Challenge Tangerang two previous series. On those two occasions, they were stuck in the preliminary and knockout rounds.

"We have prepared ourselves from last year because we failed at the previous MLSC Tangerang series twice and finally won," said Marpudin, who is the coach of SDN Pakulonan 02.

Meanwhile, SDN Pondok Kacang Timur 04 managed to become an champion after playing a fierce match against SDN Penjaringan 06. The match took place dramatically and ended with a narrow score of 1-0.

The only goal that determines the victory of SDN Pondok Kacang was scored by Meysah Kholifah Handayani in the sixth minute using bait from Aprilia Natasya.

"I'm very happy that we won and didn't expect to score a goal. Of course, during the match we continued to maintain communication and the coach also gave instructions to play more daringly," said Meysah.

The MilkLife Soccer Challenge Tangerang Series I 2025-2026 was recorded to be attended by 1,301 students from 68 madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) and elementary schools (SD) in Tangerang and its surroundings.

They are divided into 87 KU-12 teams and 35 KU-10 teams to show their ability to process the round skin as well as win the title in the event which is an initiation of the Djarum Foundation and MilkLife Sports Service.

Representative of the Djarum Foundation Sports Service, Satia Chandra Wiguna, said that the Tangerang MLSC was always interesting to watch because apart from the presence of international schools, competition was always fierce.

"As in this series, the champions in KU-10 and KU-12 are new champions. This means that the competition is presented quite tightly and is not dominated by only one or two schools," said Wiguna.

Head coach of the Tangerang Soccer Challenge MilkLife, Leonardo Sedubun, said that player regeneration is increasingly visible in the implementation of the MLSC in Tangerang.

"Later we will select again until the 25 best players are selected. The newcomers are also quite taken into account because now the participants' abilities are more evenly distributed," he said.

The final round of the tournament was also attended by the Secretary of the Tangerang Regency Education Office, Agus Supriatna, and Deputy Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) Indonesia, Veronica Tan.
