List 17 Countries Qualify For The 2026 World Cup

JAKARTA - A total of 17 countries have confirmed themselves to appear in the 2026 World Cup which will take place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The following is a list of countries that have passed the 2026 World Cup.

After the match which was held on Saturday, September 6 in the morning WIB, Morocco became the latest country to confirm tickets to the 2026 World Cup. This was achieved after Morocco won convincingly 5-0 over Niger in the 2026 World Cup Qualification match of the African Zone.

With this result, Morocco was recorded as successfully completing six matches with a perfect victory in Group G without even losing. This certainty adds to the list of official participants in the 2026 World Cup from various confederations.

Previously, the CONMEBOL zone also gave birth to three new representatives, namely Paraguay, Colombia, and Uruguay.

Paraguay's draw against Ecuador, Colombia's 3-0 win over Bolivia, and Uruguay's 3-0 win over Peru ensured the six-team share from South America had been met. The three teams followed Argentina, Brazil, and Ecuador who qualified first.

From Asia (AFC), to date, six countries have confirmed themselves to be advancing, namely Australia, Iran, Japan, Jordan, South Korea, and Uzbekistan. Interestingly, Jordan and Uzbekistan will make their debuts at the World Cup.

Meanwhile, from Oceania (OFC), New Zealand confirmed itself as the only direct representative. The CONCACAF zone also has three automatic representatives, namely Canada, Mexico, and the United States as co-hosts.

Until now, the UEFA (Europe) zone still does not have a representative because the qualifications are still running. Later there will be a total of 48 teams that will appear in the 2026 World Cup.
