JAKARTA - Liverpool legend Joey Jones has died at the age of 70. The Reds confirmed the sad news on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
"Everyone's prayers and condolences at Liverpool with Joey's family and friends during this grief," Liverpool said in a statement.
Joey Jones' former teammate at the club and the Wales National Team, Mickey Thomas, also wrote his condolences on the X account.
"This morning I lost my best friend and soulmate, Sir Joey, our memories will never fade."
