The U-23 Indonesian national team fielded the best players against Brunei Darussalam U-23 (doc. PSSI).

JAKARTA - The U-23 Indonesian national team will play the inaugural match of the 2025 AFF U-23 Cup against Brunei Darussalam U-23.

The Indonesia U-23 vs Brunei match is the 2025 AFF U-23 Cup Group A match which was held at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (GBK), Senayan, Jakarta, on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 20.00 WIB.

In this match, the U-23 Indonesian national team coach, Gerard Vanenburg, has determined 11 players who appear as starters.

At the goalkeeper's position, Muhammad Ardiansyah was trusted to appear as a starter in this match.

Shifting to the defender position, the U-23 Indonesian national team fielded four defenders filled with Dony Tri Pamungkas, Muhammad Ferari, Brandon Scheunemann, and Achmad Maulana.

In the midfield sector, Gerard Vanenburg appointed Robi Darwis, Toni Firmansyah, Arkhan Fikri, and Rayhan Hannan as starters.

While in the attacking position, Garuda Muda fielded Rahmat Arjuna and Jens Raven.
