JAKARTA - West Bromwich Albion is on the verge of relegation because it failed to get all three points against Wolverhampton in the Premier League match which took place at The Hawthorns, Tuesday, May 4 in the morning.

The visitors took the lead with Fabio Silva's goal in the second minute of first-half injury time, with his shot bouncing past keeper Sam Johnstone as the ball hit Kyle Bartley first.

West Brom was only able to reply in the 62nd minute through Mbaye Diagne's hard header to greet Conor Townsend's cross.

However, Sam Allardyce's team failed to spark the momentum of the revival and the score of 1-1 lasted until the end.

The result made West Brom not move from 19th in the standings with a collection of 26 points and must win their remaining four games if they want to escape the threat of relegation.

Currently, The Baggies are still 10 points adrift of the safe zone.

Meanwhile, Wolverhampton (42) did not move from 12th in the standings.
