Atletico Madrid Vs. Celta Vigo Prediction: Los Rojiblancos Maintains Smooth Record At Wanda Metropolitano

JAKARTA - Atletico Madrid will try to win again in La Liga when they host Celta Vigo at Wanda Metropolitano on Saturday 15 February. Diego Simeone's team is currently in second place in the La Liga standings, only one point adrift of leaders Real Madrid after drawing 1-1 in Madrid derby last week.

Meanwhile, Celta Vigo is in 12th position and comes with high confidence after winning 3-2 over Real Betis.

Atletico Madrid took the lead at the Madrid derby against Real Madrid at Bernabeu last week, thanks to Julian Alvarez's penalty goal. However, Kylian Mbappe equalized in the second half, making the match 1-1.

Even so, Atletico remain in second place in the La Liga standings with 49 points from 23 matches (M14 S7 K2), only one point behind Real Madrid and one point above Barcelona in third place. The tight competition for the title is heating up at the top of the standings.

Atletico have no serious injury problems, and Robin Le Normand will return to the squad after missing the Madrid derby due to the accumulation of yellow cards. However, Le Normand is likely to be sitting on the bench, where Simeone retains the same line of players as in the match against Real Madrid.
