Liga 1 2024/2025 Results: Borneo FC Wins Over PSS Sleman, Semen Padang Vs Malut United Draw 1-1

JAKARTA - Two different results were received by each host in the 21st week of Liga 1 2024/2025. Borneo FC won over PSS Sleman with 10 players, while Semen Padang drew 1-1 over Malut United.

The match between Borneo FC and PSS Sleman was held at Batakan Stadium, Balikpapan on Sunday, February 2 at 15.30 WIB. Dwiki Hardiansyah was the only player who listed his name on the scoreboard and confirmed victory this afternoon.

Through a quick execution in the 8th minute when the game started, Dwiki became a hero. Borneo FC then had difficulties because in the 70th minute they had to lose one player.

Habibi Jusuf showered faster for violating the opposing player. But even so, Borneo FC managed to maintain the advantage of winning 9th this season.

This victory lifted Borneo FC to eighth in the 2024/2025 Liga 1 standings by collecting 32 points from 21 matches. On the other hand, PSS is stuck in 14th place because it only has 19 points.

In the same match, a different result was received by Semen Padang who hosted North Maluku United. Appearing at the Haji Agus Salim Stadium, on Sunday, February 2 afternoon at 15.30 WIB, the host had to share points.

Kabau Sirah took the lead first through Filipe Chaby in the 68th minute. However, the hosts' advantage was beyond the end of the match.

Diego Martinez damaged Semen Padang's party through his goal three minutes before normal time ended. This result did not help Semen Padang's efforts to leave the red zone.

Kabau Sirah is still ranked 16th with 17 points, two points below the safe area. Meanwhile, North Maluku United are comfortable in 10th place thanks to 29 points.
