Responding To Khabib Nurmagomedov's Exclusion, Frontier Airlines Moves Quickly To Investigate

JAKARTA - The incident of Khabib Nurmagomedov's expulsion from a viral plane on social media. Responding to this, Frontier Airlines as the airline concerned immediately moved quickly to conduct an investigation.

Khabib Nurmagomedov shocked social media because he admitted that he was kicked out of the plane he was traveling on from Las Vegas, United States, to Los Angeles on Sunday, January 12, 2025.

Khabib even had to be escorted out of the airline because of the commotion with the cabin crew. The situation began because of the sitting position of the former mixed martial arts fighter.

The incident that happened to Khabib immediately received a response from the airline concerned. Frontier Airlines promised to investigate the Khabib expulsion case.

"We are aware of the incident and are investigating it," Frontier Airlines said in response to Khabib's clarification on Twitter quoted Monday, January 13, 2025.

Previously it was suspected that the airline Khabib was Alaska Airlines. However, in his clarification he explained that the commotion took place on the Frontier Airlines plane.

"A woman came to me with very harsh questions from the start. Even though I speak English very well and can understand everything and agree to help, she still insists on getting me out of my seat (by the emergency door)," Khabib wrote.

"What is the basis for that, race, nationality or something else, I'm not sure. However, after two minutes of talking, he called the security department and I got off the plane."

"After 1.5 hours, I boarded another airline plane and left for my destination," Khabib tweeted again.
