JAKARTA - Ole Gunnar Solskjaer remains confident of Manchester United's chances despite their three players being sanctioned for not being able to play for the second leg of their Europa League quarter-final against Granada at Old Trafford on Thursday next week.

MU took home a 2–0 win from Granada's headquarters although Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay, and Luke Shaw both received third yellow cards in European competition in the first leg at Nuevo Los Carmenes on Thursday local time (Friday, western Indonesia time).

'It's not a perfect night. We got three suspensions for the next game, but the 2-0 win was a good result," Solskjaer said after the match to television station BT Sport, as reported by Antara from UEFA's official website.

"We know it's hard to get good results like this in Spain. I'm very happy with this result," he added.

Even without Maguire, McTominay, and Shaw at Old Trafford, Solskjaer believes his team is still developing and he admits he is confident of MU's chances in the second leg.

"We want to win all the games. It's a team of young players, who are constantly evolving. We will try to keep attacking and creating chances. We're pretty confident in the opportunities at Old Trafford," he said.

Solskjaer also praised the contributions of Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes who scored the decisive two goals in the first leg against Granada.

"Rashford and Bruno Fernandes continue to play an important role for this team. The first goal resulted in a fantastic finish and Bruno remained comfortable from the white spot, although the opposing goalkeeper almost saved the penalty," Solskjaer said.
