JAKARTA The Indonesian Wushu national team won two gold, three silver and two bronze medals from the third series of the Taolu Wushu Championship titled The 3Rd Taolu World Cup 2024.
The event took place in Yokohama, Japan, 23-27 October 2024. With this result, Indonesia ranks third in the final standings for medals.
The overall champion of this series was won by China who collected eight gold medals, followed by the host Japan to occupy the runner-up position with a collection of three gold medals, eight silver medals, and one bronze medal.

The first gold medal for Indonesia was obtained from the women's gunshu number through the Eugenia Diva Widodo athlete who collected a total of 9.770 points.
In that number, the silver medal was won by Japan's host athlete, Ikeuchi Kana, with 9,760 points and a bronze medal to be owned by Zoe Ziyi Tan from Singapore with 9,740 points.

Diva's success was followed by Tasya Ayu Puspa who won the gold medal number nanwquan by recording 9.773 points. For this number, Cheong Min Tan (Malaysia) won the silver medal with 9.770 points and bronze was secured by Jianxin He from Hong Kong with 9.760 points.

In addition to winning the gold medal, Diva also won a silver medal from the women's daoshu number and Tasya Ayu won silver from the women's nundanese number.
Another silver medal was donated by Daffa Golden Boy from the men's qiangshu number. Meanwhile, two bronze medals were donated by senior men's athlete Seraf Naro from the gunshu number and the Putra daoshu.
