Australian MotoGP Practice 2024: Fastest Marc Marquez

JAKARTA The Gresini Racing racer, Marc Marquez, managed to record himself as the fastest in the 2024 Australian MotoGP Practice session.

The Spaniard finished with a time of one minute 27.77 seconds at the Phillip Island Circuit, Australia, on Friday, October 18, 2024, western Indonesia time.

The six-time MotoGP world champion is ahead of his teammate and younger brother Alex Marquez, who is +0.102 seconds adrift of second.

Meanwhile, the third place was claimed by Marco Bezzecki from Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team. Bezzecchi is separated from the time record of +0.188 seconds from leading riders.

Next in a row the fourth and fifth positions are occupied by Jorge Martin and Francesco Bagnaia. These two riders are the strongest candidates to win this season.

The Practice session at the Australian Grand Prix was not very smooth because of the rain that made the First Free Exercise (FP1) session had to be canceled. When Practice the track conditions are still dangerous.
