JAKARTA - Indonesian national team striker Rafael Struick has officially joined the Australian League club, Brisbane Roar ahead of the start of the 2024/2025 A-League season.
His arrival was announced on social media accounts of Brisbane Rour on Monday (16/9), but the A-League club did not disclose whether Struick was permanently joining or on loan.
"Welcome to Brisbane Roar, Rafael Struick. We are delighted to welcome the arrival of the Indonesian national team striker from the Dutch club ADO The Hague ahead of the 2024/25 ALM season," wrote Brisbane Rour.
Rafael Struick joins the club Eredivisie ADO The Hague and has played for the Dutch club for four seasons.
Struick recorded 10 games without scoring a goal with senior team The Hague with three appearances he played this season.
In a video on Brisbane Roar's Instagram account, Struick said he was very excited to play with his new club.
"I am very excited to play in front of you (supporters) and show my skills," said the 21-year-old forward.
