JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team is again rumored to have received additional strength through the presence of new naturalized players. Mauro Zijlstra, who was rumored to be close to, even stated that he had sent all files to PSSI.

From that statement, Mauro also said that currently he only had to fly to Indonesia to fulfill PSSI's call to complete its naturalization.

The news of Mauro Zijlstra's naturalization progress was revealed through the Youtube account of Yussa Nugraha. Quoted on Monday, August 19, 2024, in a video, Yussa Nugraha explained that she contacted Mauro Zijlstra to ask further about the rumors that she would be naturalized to defend the Indonesian national team.

At that moment, Mauro Zijlstra also gave good news that he admitted that he had sent the files needed to undergo naturalization.

Now, the 19-year-old striker is waiting for news of when he can fly to Indonesia to complete the naturalization process.

"I asked how the process was, the process for the national team (Indonesia) or still not? He (Mauro Zijlstra) yesterday answered like this, 'Now I'm still waiting to see when he can go to Indonesia. So I hope as soon as possible'," said Yussa Nugraha in her account about an interview with Mauro Zijlstra.

"Then I replied to him. I said, 'Are you processing all the files, Bro? I also hope to be fast'," said Yussa Nugraha again.

"He (Mauro Zijlstra) replied, 'I've sent all the files. So, I'm just waiting now'," said Yussa Nugraha in a video on Youtube with the title Daan Rots, Breaking! This Is Him. Sharp.

Recently, Mauro Zijlstra's name has been highlighted following rumors that he will defend the Indonesian national team.

It is known that Mauro Zijlstra is playing in the striker position. As a result, his presence could be a solution to overcome the problem in front of the Indonesian national team which is still not sharp at this time.
