IBL 2024 Results: Maintain Consistency For The Sake Of Playoffs

JAKARTA - Four 2024 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) matches were presented on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

Rajawali Medan hosted Prawira Harum Bandung at the Medan University GOR. The match ended in a match for the visitors with a score of 95-65.

Rajawali Medan had led 10 points in the first quarter with a 27-10 advantage. However, that advantage did not last in the next quarter.

Dewa's son seemed superior from the start. They always lead in four quarters without being chased by the visitors. Dewa United is still perched in second place with 33 points from 17 matches.

Then, the leader of the Pelita Jaya standings can still secure his position from the pursuit of Dewa United.

Pelita Jaya managed to make a comeback to get the perfect points after defeating the Tangerang Hawks with a thin stamp of 72-68.

Andakara Prastawa and colleagues were made unable to move by falling behind in the two early quarters. Merkea then began to rise in the third quarter by bringing the distance closer to 44-46.

In the fourth quarter, Pelita Jaya found momentum to turn things around through Justin Brownlee and Prastawa's slick actions.

The achievement brought Pelita Jaya not to be evicted by Dewa United. They packed 34 points from 18 matches, only one point away from Dewa United.

Finally, Satria Muda also made the perfect result. They silenced RANS Simba Bogor with a score of 96-67 at GOR Pertamina Simprug.

Meanwhile, RANS is actually still on track towards the playoffs. They are still stuck in eighth place, the last ticket to the playoffs, with a collection of 27 points from 18 matches.

However, their position is increasingly threatened by competitors below which are now very small distances.
