The FIVB has announced the election of the Philippines as the host country for the important event through their official website on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
"With great joy, we announce the Philippines as the host of the 2025 Men's Volleyball World Championships," said Volleyball World CEO Finn Taylor, quoted on the Volleyball World website.
"Philippines have a proven track record as the host of a large volleyball event and a passionate fan base. They are in the right position to hold an extraordinary championship that will feature the best team from this sport," he said.
