2023 Asian Cup Schedule Phase First Group

The 2023 Asian Cup will open today, January 12, 2024, in Qatar (doc. AFC).

JAKARTA - The 2023 Asian Cup in Qatar begins on Friday, January 12, 2024. The opening match presents Qatar's host fight against Lebanon at the Lusail Stadium at 23.00 WIB.

Qatar is the defending champion. Seeing the two statuses, plus appearing in front of the public itself, Qatar can clearly have more confidence and are superior.

Not to mention they made their maximum appearance in mid-November 2023. In two games, Qatar crushed Afghanistan 8-1 and humiliated India 3-0.

Then at the end of the year or on December 31, 2023, Qatar finished Cambodia with a score of 3-0. Unfortunately, in the final test match before winning the 2023 Asian Cup on Friday, January 5, 2024, Qatar fell 1-2 from Jordan.
