The 2023 PBSI Championship Was Followed By 610 Athletes

PBSI held the 2023 PBSI National Championship (doc. PBSI).

JAKARTA The Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) will hold the National Championships (Kejurnas) for the 2023 Youth and Adult Individual PBSI.

The tournament will take place at the Jakarta State University (UNJ) GOR, Rawamangun, East Jakarta, starting Monday, December 18, 2023, until Saturday, December 23, 2023.

The Chairperson of the Implementing Committee, Armand Darmadji, hopes that this event will be able to produce potential badminton players who can make Indonesia proud in the future in international events.

"We are again holding the 2023 PBSI National Championship. We hope this tournament can be held well and smoothly," said Armand in a statement.

The 2023 Youth and Adult National Championships Agency (PBSI) has closed the final series of national badminton tournaments organized by PBSI throughout this year.

The PBSI National Championship was held in an individual format to compete in five events for the cadet and adult groups, respectively.

For this year's edition, 610 athletes from 32 PBSI Provincial Management (Pengprov) participated in this event. The four PBSI Provincial Pengprov who missed the tournament this time were West Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, West Papua, and Maluku.
