Coach Confirms Pramudya Kusumawardana Wants To Leave The PBSI National Training Center

Pramudya Kusumawardana plans to leave the PBSI Cipayung National Training Center (doc. PBSI).

JAKARTA The Indonesian men's doubles coach, Aryono Miranat, confirmed that the men's doubles specialist, Pramudya Kusumawardana, wanted to leave the Cipayung PBSI National Training Center.

This was conveyed by the coach when met by the media crew at the Cipayung National Training Center, East Jakarta, Wednesday, December 6, 2023.

"Until now Pram is still part of PBSI. So, there is no official letter yet. If there is an official letter, PBSI will announce it," he said.

Currently Pramudya Kusumawardana is not at the PBSI National Training Center. He is also in Japan on vacation with his family.

Aryono said that Pramudya had expressed his desire to leave Pelatnas on the grounds that he wanted to go to college. However, he has not made a final decision.

"He, really, said he wanted to continue his studies. Just continue to study, but at this time he has not officially resigned. There has been no release either. Maybe after the holidays," he said.

Pram's desire to leave the Cipayung PBS National Training Center has actually been expressed long ago. However, PBSI is still trying to detain the athlete.

Aryono admitted that if Pram really wanted to leave then it was very unfortunate. It's just that the player has the right to determine his own destiny.

"Each person is different. He has thoughts for his own future. He has his own considerations. However, we are still persuaded. The game is good and the ranking is still good," said Aryono.
