Nazaruddin Dek Gam officially reported Exco PSSI member Arya Sinulingga to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police (Instagram/@nazaruddin_dekgam).

JAKARTA - President of Persiraja Banda Aceh, Nazaruddin Dek Gam, officially reported members of the PSSI Executive Committee (Exco) who are also high-ranking officials of North Sumatra FC, Arya Sinulingga, to Bareskrin Polri. The report was made on charges of insult.

Dek Gam directly reported the Exco PSSI member with a Certificate of Acceptance of the STTL/461/XI/2023/BARESKRIM Police Report.

In the Police Report Receipt Certificate, Dek Gam reported on the criminal act of defamation and slander or blasphemy.

"It's true that I have reported to Bareskrim regarding defamation and slander," said Dek Gam.

Nazaruddin Dek Gam reported that the Exco PSSI member was the aftermath of an incident that occurred in the match between North Sumatra's Sada FC vs Persiraja Banda Aceh at the Baharoeddin Siregar Stadium, Lubuk Pakam, Saturday, November 25, 2023.

In the video circulating, Arya Sinulingga allegedly scolded Dek Gam who was present in the stands.

Dek Gam, who sat on VVIP, did not respond or heed Arya on the grounds that he did not know the figure.

"I don't know him (Arya Sinulingga) that's why I was silent and didn't respond, is who he is?" said Dek Gam.

Dek Gam acknowledged the reporting to the police so that there were legal lessons received by the Exco PSSI member.

"Let there be legal lessons, don't be too arrogant," said Dek Gam.

Before taking the legal step, Dek Gam, who is also a member of the DPR, admitted that he had discussed with several other members of Commission III of the DPR RI. The results of the discussion were agreed to immediately make a report to the police.

"So, the results of today's discussion, I am advised to immediately make a report to the police," he explained.

Previously, it was known that the high tension that Arya showed was because he felt that Dek Gam should not be in the stadium considering that President Persiraja was being punished with a ban on participating in the match.

The sentence was the aftermath of the incident in the Persiraja match against Sada North Sumatra FC on September 30, 2023.

Dek Gam was caught intervening in the referee during the first half break. This incident was then tried by the PSSI Disciplinary Committee (Komdis) on October 5, 2023.

As a result, Dek Gam was prohibited from participating in the match five times and was fined Rp. 22.5 million.

Referring to this sanction, Dek Gam should not be allowed to attend Persiraja's match against PSDS (14/10/2023), Semen Padang (21/10/2023), PSPS (6/11/2023), Sriwijaya FC (13/11/2023), and PSMS (18/11/2023).

Regarding the report submitted by Dek Gam against Arya Sinulingga, until this news was written, Arya Sinulingga still has not provided information or confirmation even though he has been contacted.
