JAKARTA - The FIFA U-17 World Cup will start rolling in Indonesia on November 10 - December 2. With the time approaching, all preparations will continue to be finalized by the host.

It was revealed that the General Chairperson (Ketum) of PSSI, Erick Thohir, 30 days before the world event, all preparations continued to progress and became more mature. Starting from venues to other supporting aspects, considering that this agenda will be held in four cities in Indonesia, namely, Jakarta, Solo, Bandung and Surabaya.

"For preparation, Alhamdulillah, I checked in several fields all on progress and are still on the right target. Whether it's a training ground, a lap of matches, audience access, and other supporting factors such as transportation," said Erick Thohir at a press conference in Jakarta, Tuesday, October 3 afternoon.

Regarding the intercity access that was appointed as the venue for the match, Erick Thohir also admitted that it was easier with the operation of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train.

"There are also those who are excited because in Jakarta-Bandung there is already a high-speed train mode that we have never told FIFA," he continued.

On the same occasion, Erick Thohir ensured that all U-17 World Cup participants had also been well prepared.

He then hopes that the readiness that continues to be finalized by Indonesia as the host can give a good impression to all participants. It is also related to his hope that this event can attract high public interest given the ticket sales target set by FIFA.

"For the hotel, I have checked in Bandung, Jakarta, and all hotels are ready. For the event, for merchandise, God willing, two weeks will launch. For the song already, we just have to wait for all the radio to play everything," explained Erick Thohir.

"For the preparation of ticketing, I have seen it too, we have to push this again because there is a target from FIFA for each match of 10,000 spectators. Then I think the problem of other facilities, I think the last check is still on progress," explained Erick Thohir.
