Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2023 Presents Something Different, People Around The World Can Take Part

JAKARTA - The running sports event, Taiwan Excellence Happy Run, will again be held in the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol area, August 6. The participants not only maintain fitness by exercising, but also have fun with various festival events.

The activity organized by Taiwan's foreign trading bureau, TAITRA together with the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) is divided into two categories. The first is the 5K category for beginners, then the 10K category.

For the 10K category, the organizers will prepare their own challenges for experienced athletes with routes that provide their own pleasure.

However, there is something new this year. Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2023 also provides online or virtual running.

"This category is for those who are unable to attend the Happy Run event physically. Participants from around the world can take part in this virtual run, thus allowing the entire community to take part in the excitement of Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2023, although all of them are not in the same location," said TAITRA Representative, Tiffany Wang, in an official written statement.

In addition to the running competition event, in the Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2023 event, the participants will have the opportunity to take part in two energetic fitness sessions.

The event will feature a excited Mini Zumba session, a dance-based exercise that combines high-energy movements with infectious rhythms, and a Pound Fit session, which is a cardio exercise session for the entire body that is inspired by the pleasure of playing drums.

"By participating in the Taiwan Excellence Happy Run 2023, the public will not only physically challenge themselves, but also contribute to a greater goal. Where the main goal of this event is to promote the spirit of health, and also emphasize Taiwan's commitment to excellence in various industries, including technology, lifestyle, and culture," added Tiffany Wang.

Registration for Taiwan Excellence participants Happy Run 2023 will be opened online via the official website on 17 July. Organizers said the quota of participants for this event would be limited.
