JAKARTA - LeBron James turns 36 on December 30, 2020, and he's had an incredible 2020/21 season in the NBA. The LA Lakers star is even considered by many to be the favorite for the MVP award this season.

Philadelphia 76ers coach Doc Rivers said he had never seen a player improve after 35 years of age. But that's what James seems to be doing when he's on the right track. He became the first player to average 25 points, seven rebounds and seven assists while playing less than 33 minutes per game.

Now 39 years old, Federer is still going on. At the age of 36, he won the Australian Open and Wimbledon. Since then, he's even been able to win the Australian Open again.

Like Federer, Williams is still playing at the age of 39. His most recent grand slam was won when he was 36 years old, namely the Australian Open title.

Tiger Woods

The age of 36 is not Woods' best time But, since then, he's made a comeback and is still one of the world's top golfers at 45.

Kariem Abdul-Jabbar

The NBA player who was successful in old age was Abdul-Jabbar. He won three rings, one MVP Final and six All-Star trips over the age of 36.
