JAKARTA - AS Roma defender Roger Ibanez described the joy and difficulty working with a 'bipolar' coach like Jose Mourinho.
Ibanez has been a regular player in Rome's defense for two seasons during Mourinho's lead. He admitted that he had experienced ups and downs in his relationship with the coach.
He said he was often very close to each other with The Special One.
"It's amazing to experience it day by day," Ibanez told Rede Atlantida, as reported via Football Italia.
"I thought he was a bipolar coach, one day he laughed and joked with you, then the next day you couldn't even talk to him," he continued.
With Carlo Ancelotti rejecting the Brazilian national team's proposal to stay with Real Madrid, Ibanez considered Mourinho worthy of that position.
"I think he will adapt very easily, but only he knows what will happen in the future," said Ibanez.
