JAKARTA - Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rejects the assumption that Bruno Fernandes is too tired to rest. He also confirmed that he would immediately include Amad Diallo's new recruits in the Red Devils squad.
Fernandes has not started five times in United's 29 games so far this season, but Solskjaer has insisted he is ready to play the midfielder back when United visit Fulham on Thursday.
"His performance is excellent, he has just been voted the best player this month," Solskjaer said at a press conference on Tuesday, as quoted by Antara from the ESPN website.
"He's not tired, no, not at all. He's one of those players who keeps running and scouring the pitch every game, he's really good at recovering and heating up the batteries."
"Ever since he came in he's been amazing. He's not exhausted and if I asked him he'd say there's absolutely no reason he's tired."
Solskjaer also assured United supporters that they would not wait too long to witness Amad Diallo's debut.
The 18-year-old was signed from Atalanta last summer but only arrived in Manchester after completing work paperwork for a £ 19 million move.
Diallo has made only five senior appearances in Italy but Solskjaer said the winger had impressed him so well in training that he could quickly get into the team.
"He's very good," continued Solksjaer. "He can handle the ball, he enjoys training and he makes a difference in training which is incredible for his age."
Solskjaer said Diallo still needed adjustments to enter the squad, but he made sure the young player would not be long included in his squad.
"It might be quick," he said of the possibility of Diallo joining the team, lauding the new signing as connecting directly with the team during training.
