Geliat Bursa Transfer With League Season 1: Persebaya Bongkar Composition Of Foreign Players, Arema Washing Gudang

JAKARTA - A number of League 1 clubs continue to move in the 2022/2023 season-half transfer market. Persebaya Surabaya is one of the fastest-moving players.

After previously attracting PSS Sleman foreign player, Ze Valente, now Bajul Ijo has brought in a Brazilian striker. He is Paulo Victor who previously played in Vishaka FC, a Cambodian club.

Victor's arrival is expected to be a solution up front. Based on the evaluation, Persebaya's front line was less fierce in the first round.

"Certainly, all lines have evaluations. One of the results of the evaluation is bringing in a new striker. I know Victor is also a quality player, especially since he has played in the AFC Cup," said Persebaya coach Aji Santoso, on the club's official website.

The arrival of Ze Valente and Paulo Victor forced Silvio Junior and Hugo Vidal to find a new team. For Vidal, it is reported that Persebaya will release him as a loan player.

Meanwhile, Persebaya's eternal rival, Arema FC, did a warehouse wash. Three players were released.

Hasyim Kipuw has been loaned to Madura United. After that, Hanis Saghara and Irsyad Maulana will also part with the club nicknamed Singo Edan.
