Chelsea Jalin An Agreement With FK Molde On Transfer David Fofana, Next Let's Get Enzo Fernandez?

JAKARTA - Chelsea has reached an agreement with FK Molde regarding the transfer of David Datro Fofana. The player will join the Blues on January 1.

This news was shared directly by Chelsea via their official website. The Blues officially reached an agreement on Wednesday, December 28.

"The 20-year-old striker will join the Blues on January 1, 2023. We look forward to David (Datro Fofana)'s presence at the club!" wrote an official statement quoted by The Sun on Thursday, December 29.

Chelsea's interest in Fofana has been blowing since mid-December. It also cannot be separated from the presence of Graham Potter in the coach seat.

Potter has approached Fofana since she was in charge of Brighton. He received advice from recruitment analyst Kyle Macauley that Fofana is a striker who has a bright future.

This is evidenced by the sharpness shown by the player with Molde.

After officially reaching an agreement about David Fofana, Chelsea will reportedly shift their focus to Benfica's Enzo Fernandez.

As previously reported, the English Premier League club is ready to offer a clause of 105 million pounds (Rp1.99 trillion) for Enzo Fernandez.

With the amount offered, Chelsea are said to be superior to Liverpool and Manchester United who also showed similar interests.
