Liga 2 Clubs Start Asking About The Experience Of Competitions

JAKARTA - PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) has temporarily suspended the 2022/2023 Liga 1 and League 2 competitions for two weeks. However, in the meeting of the latest manager meeting, it is not yet known when the competition will resume.

This uncertainty confused the participants in preparing the team. Some ended up displacing the players, but some continued to carry on the training program while hoping that the competition could start as soon as possible.

Semen Padang management hopes that there will be certainty regarding the continuation of the 2022/2023 Liga 2 competition. Semen Padang CEO, Win Bernadino, said this was very important so that the ranks of the coaches could prepare the team in the future.

"I think it's not only Semen Padang but for all teams in the Indonesian League the certainty of this schedule," he said, as quoted from Antara, Tuesday, October 11.

"We are still waiting for further directions from the Liga operator, namely PT LIB, who is still waiting for government instructions regarding the national football competition," he continued.

Questions about the continuation of the competition were indeed conveyed by several clubs. They seem confused about the steps.

Meanwhile, Semen Padang continues to carry out routine exercises. Management hopes that the players will maintain their condition so that they remain excellent and good in the face of competition.

As previously reported, Semen Padang again started training on Monday, October 10, yesterday. They had time to cancel the players after the postponement of the match against PSKC Cimahi.

"We have been on holiday three days ago and returned to training together to restore the condition of the players," said Semen Padang coach, Delfiadri.
