Harry Kane Scores His 200th Goal As Tottenham Beat Ludogorets 3-1

JAKARTA - Harry Kane reached the 200 goal milestone when helping Tottenham Hotspur win 3-1 at Ludogorets headquarters in the Europa League Group J third round match at Huvepharma Arena Stadium, Razgrad, Bulgaria, Thursday local time (Friday WIB).

According to Antara, Kane scored his 200th goal for Tottenham with a header for Lucas Moura's corner, to open his team's lead over Ludogorets after just 13 minutes of action.

The England captain is third on Tottenham's goalscorer list, eight behind Bobby Smith and 66 goals from all-time top scorer Jimmy Greaves.

Kane then returned Lucas Moura's favor by sending in a cross which the Brazilian legion finished easily to double Tottenham's lead in the 32nd minute.

The host had a chance to reduce the gap through Claudiu Keseru's volley five minutes after the second half of action.

However, Tottenham were able to dampen the momentum of Ludogorets' revival when Son Heung-min managed to lure goalkeeper Plamen Illiev to leave his nest, then sent a pull bait towards Giovani Lo Celso who only had to hit the ball into the no man's goal in the 62nd minute.

Despite winning, Tottenham did not move from second place in the standings with a collection of six points. The reason is, Antwerp, which also has the same number of points, beat them last week.

Antwerp has the opportunity to solidify their position at the top when they host Austrian representatives, LASK Linz, in a match that lasts later.

The Europa League Group J fourth round tie will only be played on 26 November after the international break and Tottenham will take turns hosting Ludogorets in London.
