JAKARTA Section footballer Alisha Lehmann decided not to strengthen the Swiss national team at Euro 2022. Mental reasons made him make that decision.

The Euro Women's 2022 Championships have been going on since Wednesday, July 6 and will end on July 31. Lehmann was previously on the list of players called up to head coach Nils Nielsen.

"This is a personal decision. I don't feel mentally ready for the European tournament," the Aston Villa player said on the club's official website as reported by the Daily Star.

The 23-year-old has scored six goals in 33 appearances for Switzerland. He had a difficult season for Villian despite winning Supporters' Player of the Season.

Lehmann is one of the celebrities in the world of football. His popularity can be seen from the number of followers on Instagram who reached more than seven million.

That number even beats Ingram's follower Douglas Luiz who is his lover. Currently, the 24-year-old Brazilian only has about 900 thousand followers or almost eight times what Lehmann has.

Lehmann and Douglas recently enjoyed a vacation from England and Brazil. It is known from their uploads that they are seen playing football on the beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
