Asked Again About Marc Marquez, Repsol Honda Boss Alberto Puig: I Don't Have A Crystal Ball

JAKARTA - Repsol Honda racer, Marc Marquez, is still undergoing a recovery period after humerus surgery, some time ago. It is not yet known when Marquez will recover 100 percent and return to racing.

There is news that says, Marquez will return to the track before this season ends. In fact, there are rumors that the Spaniard will be able to return to MotoGP towards the end of the year.

Repsol Honda boss, Alberto Puig, can't confirm when Marquez will return. However, he said the driver was in good condition.

"I don't have a crystal ball, but I think he is fine since the last operation and we hope everything goes well for him this time. Everything looks good and he feels good," Puig said, as quoted by Motosan.

"The doctors are happy and each day goes by more positive. Now it's about bone healing and then we will wait and see."

Puig insists that the priority right now is the full recovery of Marquez's arm. He also said that Marquez also understood the same thing regarding this issue.

"This is what we have and what we will do," said Puig.

Alberto Puig admits that Marquez has concerns about the 2023 season. Not only Marquez, the entire team called Puig also feels the same way.

"He will probably try to attend a few races over the summer to see what's new and what his plans are. We would love to welcome him here on the track," said Puig.
