FP1 Dutch GP: Jack Miller MotoGP Fastest Rider, Mario Aji Impressive In Moto3

JAKARTA - Lenovo's Ducati rider, Jack Miller, became the fastest in the first free practice session (FP1) of the Dutch MotoGP at Assen Circuit, Friday, June 24. Meanwhile, the Monster Yamaha Racing MotoGP rider, Fabio Quartararo, was knocked out of the top 10.

Miller incised the fastest lap time of 1 minute 42,698 seconds. He is +0.109 ahead of Suzuki Ecstar's Joan Mir. While the third position was the Repsol Honda racer, Pol Espargaro, who recorded a time of 1 minute 42,892 seconds.

Meanwhile, Aprilia Racing's Aleix Espargaro was in fifth position with 1 minute 43,030 seconds. While Quartararo had to settle for 17th position with 1 minute 44,248 seconds.

Mario Aji Gives Positive Signal

Meanwhile, the Indonesian rider who appeared in Moto3, Mario Aji, appeared promising in the first free practice session. He was able to occupy the 15th position in this first session.

The Honda Team Asia racer carved the best lap time of 1 minute 55,072 seconds. The record was achieved in the 9th round of the 14 laps he did.

Mario Aji is +2.666 seconds adrift of David Munoz who is the fastest racer in FP1. The BOE Motorsports champion carved a lap time of 1 minute 52,406.
