"Tickets have been sold out, yes, there are only a few, the rest for the Ancol Festival are still there," said Widi Amanasto as Director of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) as promoter.
Ancol Festival category tickets are tickets that spectators can buy to watch the Formula E event, but not directly on the circuit.
This ticket holder can watch Formula E races via giant screens at a number of points in Ancol. For the price itself, tickets for the Ancol festival category are priced at IDR 250 or IDR 287 when calculated with taxes.
Regarding the sold-out Formula E tickets, Widi said it was a form of high public interest in watching the world-class electric car racing event.
"This is the spirit, first the wider community must be able to see and enjoy what is called Formula E," he said.
The Formula E event will be held on June 4, 2022, where in total this electric car racing event is expected to accommodate around 60 thousand spectators spread across various points of the event location.
