Zlatan Ibrahimovic's Odd Action Celebrates AC Milan's Scudetto: Smokes Cigars And Drinks Champagne On The Field

JAKARTA - AC Milan won the Scudetto title after a 3-0 win over Sassuolo in the last match of the Italian Serie A, Sunday, May 22. While AC Milan's players were "partying" on the pitch, the spotlight was on Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The celebration by Zlatan Ibrahimovic was somewhat eccentric, different from other players. Ibrahimovic, who was the center of attention during the trophy presentation ceremony, came out of the tunnel smoking a cigar and holding a bottle of champagne.

This could be not just a celebration of AC Milan's Scudetto, but also a farewell party for Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Please note, the contract of the former Juventus and Inter Milan player will expire at the end of June.

There is no sign that AC Milan will extend the Swedish player's contract, as reported by Livescore.

Ibrahimovic is reportedly ready to venture out again at another club. Even though he is 40 years old, the desire to keep playing is in him.

In the 2021/2022 season, Ibrahimovic didn't really shine that much. He mostly sits on the bench.

Ibrahimovic is also often absent due to injury. However, when fit and played, he is often the determinant of AC Milan's success.

In the match against Sassuolo, Ibrahimovic was actually able to score a goal. Unfortunately, the goal was disallowed because the Swedish national team legend was already in an offside position.
