JAKARTA - KSI confirmed that he would return to the boxing ring and promised to silence Jake Paul.

Jake is expected to step into the ring in August, after his last fight in December in which he defeated former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley.

The cruiserweight, who holds the 5-0 record, is eyeing the likes of Tommy Fury and Julio Cesar Chaves Jr. as his next opponents after recently promoting Amanda Serrano's bout with Katie Taylor.

And apparently, he now has another potential opponent in the form of a fellow YouTuber. He is KSI.

The rapper was caught telling people during one of his live shows that he was going to silence Jake in the upcoming fight.

"It's so funny, so many annoying people are telling me I'm not going to box anymore, I'm going to focus on the world of music. And to be honest, I can go back to the ring," KSI was quoted as saying by the Daily Star, Thursday, May 19.

"I was like 'Dude, I have to shut up Jake Paul! So you better believe the duel is coming,' he continued.

KSI hasn't fought since their first and only professional boxing bout against Jake's older brother, Logan, in 2019.

After initially facing Logan in an amateur fight, his professional bout was both sold out at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The funny thing is, they recently co-founded a sports drink company.

It's just that KSI recently admitted to Logan on his Impaulsive podcast that he still "despises" Jake so much.
