Almost Got Points In Moto3 Portugal, Mario Aji: We Have The Same Target At The Jerez Circuit

JAKARTA - Indonesian racer, Mario Aji, looks confidently at the Spanish Moto3 race at the Jerez Circuit. Positive results in the previous race became the grip.

In the Moto3 Portugal race, last weekend, Mario Aji was able to look impressive. In the qualifying round, the Honda Team Asia rider became the second fastest.

During the race, Mario Aji had a hard time and had to settle for 16th place. However, from Portimao he learned an important lesson, namely that he was able to compete with other top riders.

"After a positive weekend in Portimao, we will go to Jerez with the same motivation. In Portugal, we realized that we can compete with top riders," said Mario Aji in a release received by VOI, Thursday, April 28.

However, Mario Aji did not want to be satisfied. He wants to continue to work so that he can perform better in the future, including during the race at the Jerez Circuit later.

"We have the same target at Jerez, to learn and improve as much as possible over the weekend, to get, if possible, a better result than Portimao," he said.

The Spanish MotoGP series will be held from Friday, April 29. The Moto3 race is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 1.
