Rayo Vallecano Vs Valencia 1-1 Draw: The Hosts Extend Their Bad Record, The Away Teams Are More Stunning

JAKARTA - Rayo Vallecano got only one point when they hosted Valencia at the Estadio de Vallecas Stadium in the 31st week of the 2021/2022 Spanish League. Despite the success of holding the visitors to a 1-1 draw, this result did not make the host's record turn positive.

In a meeting on Tuesday, April 12 in the morning WIB, Valencia first broke into the host's goal when the game was running for 57 minutes. Carlos Soler contributed the opening goal 1-0 advantage.

The visitors' superiority almost made Rayo despair. Because, until the end of the game they have not been able to reply to the lag.

Luckily when the game entered the 87th minute the scoreboard changed to 1-1. Rayo was finally able to offset Valencia's goal through the execution of Sergi Guardiola.

In the last 12 matches Rayo has never come home with full points. In addition, this 12 game without a win is also the club's worst record since 2003.

Rayo last won when they beat bottom club Alaves in December last year. After that, Rayo also lost in six of their last nine matches.

On the other hand, despite not bringing home the full points, Valencia actually extended their unbeaten run in Spanish league matches. Of the last six matches played, three of them were successful they won and the rest were draws.
