The "presence" Of Valentino Rossi Is Still Felt During The MotoGP Race Parade In Jakarta

JAKARTA - A unique sight was seen during the convoy of MotoGP racers in Jakarta on Wednesday, March 16 at noon. The reason is, the "presence" of Valentino Rossi in the parade of MotoGP riders is still felt even though the former racer does not participate.

The aura of Valentino Rossi, who has declared his retirement, still seems so thick. Evidenced by the flying of the flag with the symbol 46 at the parade site.

From the observations of the VOI team at the location, the flag was carried by two women who really idolize Valentino Rossi. Not only carrying flags, the two women wearing hijabs were also wearing T-shirts bearing the number 46 in The Doctor's iconic color, bright yellow.

Although Rossi did not participate in the parade, the two fans still looked enthusiastic. While waiting for the group of MotoGP riders to pass in the Thamrin street area, the 46 flag was also raised.

The presence of Rossi's fans clearly attracted the attention of other residents at the location. Some people even joke, both are in the wrong place.

"This is the wrong place, Rossi doesn't have time to carry the Rossi flag," joked one of the visitors at the location.

As is known, there are about 20 MotoGP riders who took to the streets of Jakarta. They started the parade from the Presidential Palace to the Kempinski Hotel.

Residents were so enthusiastic to watch this convoy of MotoGP riders. Understandably, several famous names took part, such as Marc Marquez, Joan Mir, Francesco Bagnaia and Alex Rins.

This racer parade is a series of activities ahead of the Mandalika MotoGP, March 18-20. The riders are scheduled to fly to Lombok soon to prepare for the race at the Mandalika Circuit.
