Dusan Bogdanovic Reveals Exact Time Of Arhan's Primary Departure To Japan

JAKARTA - Pratama Arhan has been officially released by PSSI and PSIS Semarang to play in Japan with Tokyo Verdy. The moment of release took place at the PSSI office on Friday afternoon.

Before being officially released, Arhan actually signed an agreement to defend Tokyo Verdy on January 16 last. However, after that moment, Arhan did not immediately go to Japan to defend his new club.

Instead of directly joining Tokyo Verdy, Arhan was seen several times still playing in the League 1 competition for PSIS.

The question then arises, when will Arhan go to Japan? The player's agent, Dusan Bogdanovic finally answered. According to him, Arhan is currently preparing all the documents needed including a visa so that he can only fly to the Land of the Rising Sun around next week.

“We are currently in the visa process. All letters are ready and there is also a special permit to enter Japan. The permit has been issued by the Japanese government and the letter has come in," Dusan Bogdanovic said at the Arhan release press conference.

"Maybe in the next six to seven days Arhan will leave. If the quarantine is now there, it will be around three days," he added.

On the other hand, Arhan himself admitted that he couldn't wait to join and meet his teammates at Tokyo Verdy. He is determined to give his best to help the team and make Indonesia proud.

"Before departure, I was very happy to get a new team abroad. I will give my best in my new team later and will work hard again to get a place in the core team," said the young man from Blora.

Arhan contracted with Tokyo Verdy for two years. At his new club, Arhan will wear jersey number 38.
