Arema Wins Against Madura United, Almeida Asks Team To Stay On Full Alert

JAKARTA - Arema's strength will be tested again in week 26 of Liga 1 2021/2022 when they face Madura United at the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Stadium, Bali on Friday night.

As the leader of the standings, Arema FC is the underdog team in this match. Apart from the flashy performance, the position of their potential opponent is quite far adrift in the middle of the standings.

Of note, Singo Edan has more strength ahead of this match. However, it did not make the coach happy. Eduardo Almeida realized that since being nurtured by Fabio Lefundes, Madura United's performance jumped sharply and made Arema FC need to be vigilant.

The additional three points from the match against Madura United are really needed by Arema FC in order to stay away from their competitors in the standings. Moreover, the distance between Arema FC and the second place, namely Bali United FC, is only one point apart, for that the coach asks the players to appear with the motivation to win.

Meanwhile, Madura United is also believed to be adamant in this match in order to penetrate the top 10 positions. Because until now, they have only pocketed 29 points from 23 matches in which it held them in 11th position.
