Serie A said in a statement that Inzaghi had been sanctioned and fined 15,000 euros (Rp 246 million) for making "grossly disrespectful" comments to Guida near the San Siro dressing room following Saturday's 1-2 defeat to AC Milan.
Inzaghi expressed disappointment at Olivier Giroud's equalizer for Milan, which came after more than 70 minutes of Inter's dominance in the match and was caused by what Inzaghi called a foul on Alexis Sanchez.
