The Bonus For The Indonesian National Team That Competed In The 2020 AFF Cup Hasn't Disbursed, Netizens: PSSI And Bara Are Poor Who?

JAKARTA - PSSI revealed that it could not confirm the amount of bonuses that would be received by the Indonesian national team which won the runner-up position in the AFF 2020 Cup recently.

PSSI Secretary General, Yunus Nusi could not even answer when the bonus would be given. He said, PSSI must look at the financial condition first.

During the disbandment of the 2020 AFF Cup Indonesia national team at the Sultan Hotel, Jakarta, January 6 yesterday, PSSI General Chair Mochamad Iriawan symbolically handed over a bonus of a total of IDR 2.5 billion.

The bonus is a combination of PSSI and third parties. However, specifically the Rp1.4 billion given by the highest football federation in Indonesia will not be disbursed in the near future.

"The AFF trophy prize should be out at the end of January or February, 100 thousand USD (around Rp. 1.4 billion) will be disbursed," PSSI Secretary General Yunus Nusi told reporters.

In the upload to the Instagram account @plesbol_center which contained this news, netizens immediately responded with anger and disappointment. Most of them make hilarious comments.

"Pssi and barca who are poor?" said one netizen.

"It should have been prepared long ago, if you really want to give a bonus ..., if you just want to look at the finances first, then you don't want to give it," replied another.
